Shipping Questions

Orders are shipped based on weight and the option you select at checkout.  Because of the size of most of our items, most orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

We ship orders Monday – Friday. However, perfection can’t be rushed. Because we want to ensure that you receive the best product available, we strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days from the time of your order. In extreme cases, your order may take a little longer but rest assured that your order will ship as soon as possible.   If you have not received a shipping confirmation after day 3, feel free to contact us and we will give you an update and a estimated time frame.

Account Questions

There is actually no reason that you have to create an account with us. However, the purpose of creating an account is for you to track when orders have shipping and to also provide you with other details if needed.

Pre-sale Questions

If you have additional questions about any of our products, feel free to send us an email at the address at the bottom of all our pages.  We will be happy to answer them.

If you place your order and decide that you need to change your mind or to cancel it, please notify us ASAP.  If we have not already made your item, then we will happily cancel your order and refund your payment.  All our items are made to order especially for you when you place your order.  Unfortunately, we will not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once your item has been made. Your item is carefully inspected for any defects before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us asap.

Please Note – Colors may appear more muted or dark due to substrates used, printing process and to monitor setting differences. Please allow for minor differences in color, positioning and final look of item due to the handmade process. Glitter or foil effects are printed and will not shimmer, shine or sparkle.

Oh no. We hate to hear that. If your item arrived to you damaged, please reach out to us ASAP and we will work with you to fix the situation.
